1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/3 cup raw unfiltered honey
1/3 cup cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
½ tsp. dried basil (or 1 tsp. fresh)
1 tsp. dried oregano (or 2 tsp. fresh)
1 Tbsp. minced red onion
Celtic sea salt to taste (optional)
Mince garlic and onion and combine with other liquids in blender.
